Attune 14-Day Chocolate Challenge for a Healthy Tummy

I do consume probiotics each day, and recently became more diligent about it due to a round of antibiotics, so I was intrigued when I was contacted about Attune Foods. They make chocolate bars infused with probiotics. Hmm, eat chocolate – help tummy; that is a wonderful sounding relationship in theory. How was it in practice?

I was one of those strange people growing up who genuinely did not care for chocolate. I could politely pass up everything but chocolate chip cookies (and even then, I would pick the cookies with the least amount of chips). Un-Beetable Sugar-Free Smoothie

Yes, even when the ground has a fresh layer of snow, and the thermometer is stuck on 28º (that is farenheit people, not celcius – wouldn’t it be nice), I still like waking up with a cool breakfast smoothie … followed of course by a hot tea chaser!
