I use almost exclusively almond milk for cooking, baking, hot cocoa, etc. I don't like the taste of heated/cooked soymilk. But I do drink it as natural hormone balancing medicine. Rice Milk is too thin and flavorless a milk imo to use for cooking/baking. Coconut milk, I only use when I want a coconut flavor to something. I am soon going to try Hemp milk and see it it's any good cold and as a cooking/baking aid.

I use water in smoothies a lot - if you have banana in there, that's more than enough creaminess.

I do almond milk pretty much exclusively. I always look at the hemp milk though...and then pass on it. ;)
